Link2recruit have a proven managed service model, recruiting, training, inducting, supervising and supporting all of our onsite temporary workforce. Our experience and flexibility allows us to provide a dedicated national onsite management system for our workers. We will fully induct all temporary workers tailored to your specific needs.  Link2recruit will create a workers handbook to provide to all candidates covering Health & Safety, WTR, RTW interviews, Booking holidays, who they report to, time sheet procedure and work wear just to name a few. We will create KPI’s on a monthly basis or even weekly.  Dedicated Facial Recognition system installed for you providing you with, to the minute billing and more accurate invoicing.


Managed Services

Master Vendor

Using Link2recruit as Master Vendor for your requirements means that we become the single point of contact for your personnel. Our Managed Agent services will streamline your recruitment processes, take out part of your costs and establish strong standards, which you control. You will also have extensive reporting available to you from a central point which means that you will be able to monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) and see exactly how much money you are saving.

Managed Agency

Link2recruit’s Managed Agency service (Master Vendor) allows you to control costs, reduce the time taken to resource staff and outsource the management of other recruitment companies. Clients often use 15 or more agencies where rates, conditions and quality can vary from agency to agency. Choosing these agencies is often left up to each line manager and the time taken is a distraction which can divert them from their core activities.


Link2recruit will provide all temporary staff with branded clothing, this makes identifying and differentiating temp staff very easy.
Daily notification on future bookings filled with names for the forthcoming weeks.
Weekly notification on our current availability.
Link2recruit can install biometrics hand scanners, we can install multiple access points to stop “bottle necking” at shift start times. We will manage all software and training. This hardware stops any fraudulent clocking in and gives minute by minute billing.


Right to work checks are completed by obtaining relevant paperwork to include at least 2 of the following Passport, National ID card, and a Utility bill or Drivers license and NI number.
Account Manager to review application packs and sign off before any candidate is sent out to work.
We use 5 of the UK’s largest online job boards (Monster, Jobsite, Reed, CV Library & Total Jobs) in order to source our candidates more so for our team of skilled Engineering consultants, which gives us unlimited access to skilled and semi-skilled workers across the UK. Unlike most of the other local Industrial and Driving agencies who only source by using the Job Centre and local newspaper adverts and training providers.


We have a team of head-hunters here at Link2recruit who will search for suitable candidates rather than waiting for candidates to register with us, our team will use various resources to find the best possible candidate for your role.
All candidates will go through a lengthy interview process, looking through all work history and exploiting all gaps. Talking about skill sets, experience and where candidate would best be suited.
Full number and literary test. Only candidates who score above an agreed level will be put through to next round and inductions.


Link2recruit will provide weekly site tours and familiarisation of the working environment when selecting workers, including a full heath and safety induction
This has proven results in improving staff retention levels and increasing the quality of candidates sent. These tours end with small workshops where the consultant will brief the workers on all site specifics. This includes security, health and safety, clear job specifications along with explaining any motivational incentive schemes in place and what is expected within there role.


Link2recruit will take full responsibility for all On-site Inductions, new starter training and continuous weekly training modules along with ongoing weekly induction sessions (Dependant on business needs) to generate an availability pool for upturns in labour requirements also to meet cover for holidays and sickness.
Profiles of inducted and suitable candidates will then be sent to all department heads directly after inductions.

New Starters

New starter performance reviews will be conducted after completion of the workers first day and first week. This will identify their suitability for their position and the potential will exist for this to be an ongoing quality measure.

Weekly Surgeries

Link2recruit to conduct weekly on-site surgeries to pro actively manage conduct, performance, holidays and payroll with our workers.

Exit procedures

All workers that leave will complete an exit questionnaire, which will be added to their records and we will ensure any locker keys and access cards are returned correctly. All leaver results will be collated and a management report provided weekly.
Return to work interviews will be performed before any worker starts back to work after any single bout of sickness.

Response Management

Link2recruit also offers a Response Management service for those clients who have particular constraints on their recruitment processes, or just wish to see a wider spectrum of applicants from their recruitment adverts. This service involves Link2recruit receiving all advert responses, screening according to set selection filters, and forwarding only those candidates which meet the client criteria.

Candidate Attraction

Response Management can be used as a simple candidate attraction tool for a specific vacancy, or to manage a complex nationwide strategy recruiting for multiple skill sets across multiple locations.
